The Amazon is a place where everything has evolved to kill.
Aric Bolland knows the expedition into the depths of the rainforest will be dangerous. Leading a team of government agents and soldiers into one of the most remote regions on Earth, his mission is to investigate a deadly threat before it can spread beyond the jungle.
But the deeper they travel, the more hostile the Amazon becomes.
Beneath the murky waters, piranhas attack with terrifying ferocity. On land, predators stalk the dense undergrowth, while venomous creatures and unseen dangers turn every step into a fight for survival. Cut off from civilization and surrounded by a wilderness that seems determined to destroy them, Aric and his team soon discover that something has upset the natural order.
The deeper they go, the hungrier the jungle gets.
