Gerry has earned honorable mentions from Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine and Writer’s Digest. Five of the short stories in his collection, “Creatures,” were recognized in the 77th and 78th Annual Writer’s Digest Writing Competitions. He is a member of the Horror Writers Association. He has been published by Outskirts Press, April Moon Books, Dark Hall Press, Grinning Skull Press, Dark Moon Books along with numerous issues of the e-magazine Dark Eclipse and the quarterly paperback Dark Moon Digest as well as The Best of Dark Moon Digest in 2012. He enjoys writing horror, thrillers, and speculative fiction. Gerry lives in San Jose, California with his family, their five rescue dogs and a vagabond cat that thinks their house is a bed and breakfast.
